Welcome our inaugural team member, Runali Maniya, who will be taking on the role of Engagement and Outreach Lead.
She is an enthusiastic, empathetic and creative thinker who wants to inspire people to take action to contribute towards Sustainable Development Goals. She enjoys networking, pitching and delivering presentations for community development. She loves swimming, cooking and sharing vegetarian and vegan food.
Runali will be working on strategies to promote and expand YesEM’s core value of respect. Most importantly she will be developing new services to support our YesEM champions to turn their hope and aspiration to enrich other people’s potential through respect into action. Scaling up the positive impact where everyone matters!

Welcome Pranil Chitre who will be taking on the role of Research Support.
He is a passionate urbanist with keen interest in urban sustainability and relevant built-environment disciplines. Possessing sound knowledge & qualifications in urban & regional planning as well as architecture/environmental design, he intends to apply his research & design skills to professional practice and contribute to facilitate strategic vision & objectives with efficacy. Being committed to continual professional development, he is determined to go an extra mile to progress his role & responsibilities as capability and experience permits.
Pranil will be working on investigating an effective framework to translate UN SustainableDevelopmentGoals from global to local level. The framework aims to enhance awareness, amplify acceptance, encourage actions and inform future development for improved health & well-being of the community. He will also be supporting the development of strategies to enable effective organisations and teams through building respectful interpersonal relationships and a positive sense of self.

Welcome Khushboo Majmundar who will be taking on the role of Sustainability Consultant.
She is an astute and purposeful individual who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment to realise the UN’s SDGs and create a positive actionable change. She is passionate about creating an environment where people are able to fulfil their potential, thus being change agents. She loves playing tennis, travelling and reading management books.
She will be developing strategies for organisations to incorporate Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in their daily operations along with their measurement and reporting; developing and delivering workshops to raise awareness and strengthen capabilities to achieve SDGs; and focusing on building a strong organisational foundation through team building, training and personal development.
