I have started a social endeavour, Yes Everyone Matters (YesEM), with a vision to enrich potentials through respect. It is about creating an enabling environment where every professional gives an extra mile for the work that they do and where they are respected and valued regardless of their profession, position, age, gender or appearance. Facilitation and leadership are two key approaches I use to fuel the ripple for YesEM. 

I have a strong background in leading change in the water, gender equity and tourism sectors. I am a Collaborating Partner of TransformationFirst.Asia Pte Ltd and the developer and facilitator of the Emerging Water Professionals Program of the International RiverFoundation in Australia. I have worked with Melbourne Water, OXFAM, Australian AID, UN International Labour Organisation, Global Water Partnership, and Engineers Without Borders. 

I serve on the Alliance for Water Stewardship Global Board of Directors. Alliance for Water Stewardship is a global network dedicated to advancing and deepening the impact of credible water stewardship. Through our collaborative work we inspire water users and managers to be responsible stewards of our freshwater resources.

Being a highly enthusiastic and motivated facilitator, who brings out the creativity from individuals and lifts up the energy in the room, is what I am known for.

 

And yes I used to be a tutor at the University of Newcastle, a tour guide, a waitress, an op-shop store assistant and a TV host :).
